1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phjoy23 ("phjoy23", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the phjoy23 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a phjoy23 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phjoy23 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the phjoy23 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phjoy23, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by phjoy23 or any PAGCOR-affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

phjoy23 is required by law to verify the age and identity of all players. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID) before your account is fully activated and before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

phjoy23 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria above, and to withhold any funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) phjoy23 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering a phjoy23 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information if any details change. phjoy23 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjoy23 Login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party.
• Account Security: You must notify phjoy23 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. phjoy23 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• One Account Per Household: Where multiple individuals in the same household wish to use phjoy23, each must register a separate account using their own personal details and payment methods.

phjoy23 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phjoy23 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phjoy23 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Filipino players:

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya / Maya e-wallet
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit issued by a Philippine bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are displayed in your phjoy23 account dashboard and may vary by payment method. phjoy23 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the phjoy23 account holder. phjoy23 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phjoy23 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms applicable across all phjoy23 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified phjoy23 accounts in good standing. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for promotional offers.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your phjoy23 account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: phjoy23 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

phjoy23 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phjoy23 Platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

phjoy23 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles in the phjoy23 game catalogue.

Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels — operated by trained dealers in a professional studio environment. All live game sessions are recorded. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game, phjoy23 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed on that round.

• Bets placed after a game round has closed will be void and returned.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules. phjoy23 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
• phjoy23 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a system error, and to correct any resulting account balance discrepancy.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjoy23 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your phjoy23 account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Cheating: Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Money Laundering: Using phjoy23 to launder, conceal, or transfer proceeds of illegal activity. phjoy23 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and will report suspicious transactions to the AMLC.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of phjoy23.

8 Responsible Gaming

phjoy23 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, available directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your phjoy23 account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phjoy23 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of phjoy23 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the phjoy23 Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of phjoy23 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjoy23 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

phjoy23's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjoy23 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjoy23 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are suitable for accessing the Platform.

11 Privacy & Data

phjoy23 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phjoy23 will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and the AMLC) where required by law, and with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

12 Amendments & Termination

phjoy23 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

phjoy23 may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, if required to do so by a regulatory authority, or if we determine that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

You may close your phjoy23 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.
